Overview

As a Product Support Agent at Flowhub, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a world-class experience while using our cannabis solutions. You will assist customers with various inquiries and help them navigate our applications effectively.

In Short

  • Field and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and screen sharing.
  • Manage communication around customer support inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests.
  • Assist customers with basic and complex issues.
  • Escalate questions and technical inquiries as needed.
  • Work remotely with a stable internet connection.
  • Provide empathetic support to clients.
  • Utilize office software and adapt to new technology.
  • Meet established SLAs for customer support.
  • Available for afternoons, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of experience in customer support or cannabis industry experience.
  • Typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
  • Familiarity with Windows, iOS, and Mac operating systems.
  • Proficient in G-Suite applications.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and follow processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn new features and compliance laws.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • A genuine interest in customer experience.
  • Must be located in the USA, excluding CA, NY, or WA.
