Overview

As a Contracts Manager at Modern Health, you will play a vital role in the Commercial Legal team, assisting with contract negotiation and related processes to ensure smooth contract management.

• Assist with negotiation of various deals including sales and vendor transactions.
• Provide contract administration support from drafting to execution.

Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. degree.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in contract negotiation.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills for reviewing legal documents.
• Experience with contract management systems.
• Ability to manage projects and build relationships.
• Adept in a fast-paced work environment.
