Overview

As a Senior Client Success Associate, you will own Modern Health’s employer relationships from launch through contract renewal across EMEA, partnering with Fortune 500 companies to drive product adoption and engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven success managing a book of business.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Track record of achieving high retention and adoption metrics.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with customers.
  • Engaging presentation skills.
