Contracts Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Contracts Manager to support a global project, overseeing and managing subcontracts with data collection, academic, and delivery partners across six countries. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of project agreements, compliance with legal and risk frameworks, and the effective management of contractual obligations, reporting, and invoicing.

In Short

• Oversee the full lifecycle of contracts, from drafting, negotiation, execution, and renewal to enforcement and close-out.
• Ensure all contracts align with company and client policies, legal regulations, and industry best practices.
• Work closely with internal teams, external partners, legal counsel, and the finance team.
• Analyze contractual terms, negotiate favorable conditions, and ensure all agreements reflect agreed objectives.
• Manage contract invoicing process to ensure timely and accurate billing and payment.
• Maintain an organized contract management system to ensure easy tracking, retrieval, and version controls.
• Provide legal guidance on contractual rights and obligations and support in resolving any contract-related issues.
• Establish best practices for contract management and work to streamline processes for efficiency.
• Ability to work independently and proactively, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business administration, economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management, legal advisory, procurement, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple contracts across different projects.
• Experience working in global contract environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across legal, finance, operations, and procurement teams.
• Strong ability to analyze, track, and follow up on complex contractual documents.
• Skilled in negotiating contract terms and resolving disputes.
• Authorization to work in Brazil, Peru, or Pakistan.
