Overview

As a Contracts Manager at Cloudflare, you will play a pivotal role in drafting, negotiating, and managing a wide range of commercial agreements, ensuring alignment with our legal, regulatory, and operational standards.

In Short

• Manage busy contract queue and review contracts.
• Act as the first point of contact for legal escalations.
• Conduct initial review of contracts for risks.
• Review and negotiate vendor contracts.
• Communicate legal concepts to stakeholders.
• Maintain a library of form documents and templates.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop contract templates.
• Provide input into operating policies for procurement legal function.

Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. degree; paralegal certification a plus.
• 3+ years relevant business or legal experience.
• Ability to meet the needs of a high-growth company.
