Overview

Mirantis is looking for a highly motivated Talent Sourcer to join our global recruiting team, playing a critical part in building strong pipelines of technical talent to support hiring across various teams.

In Short

• Own the top-of-funnel strategy for key roles across engineering, product, and technical teams.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities.
• Execute multi-channel sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn and GitHub.
• Identify and engage passive talent across global markets.
• Build and maintain structured pipelines in our ATS.
• Maintain excellent documentation and candidate tracking.
• Contribute to market mapping and competitive intelligence.
• Represent Mirantis as a compelling first point of contact for candidates.
• Refine sourcing techniques continuously.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sourcing or technical recruitment.
• Proven success sourcing technical talent.
• Proficiency in Boolean search and sourcing tools.
• Experience with ATS platforms, ideally SmartRecruiters.
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to shift priorities quickly.
• Bonus: familiarity with cloud-native and Kubernetes landscape.
