In Short

• As a Senior Analyst on Motive’s Vendor Finance team, you will work at the intersection of Finance, Sales, and our Lending Partners.
• The Vendor Finance team coordinates deal processing with sales stakeholders and prospective customers.
• You will interface with both internal and external partners to process deals quickly and accurately.
• Consult with internal cross-functional partners to process deals.
• Work with external lending partners to provide necessary information & documentation.
• Develop documents per deal to ensure order management & lending partners have requisite materials.
• Track, monitor, troubleshoot, and report on deals through the deal pipeline.
• Communicate internally & externally on strategy, process explanation, and financial information.
• Provide consultative opinions to GTM leadership on positioning VF deals.
• Perform deal pricing analyses in Excel.

Requirements

• 5+ years previous consulting, financial analysis, sales operations, order management and/or pricing background preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or minimum of 4 years work experience with multinational companies.
• Experience in Salesforce and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
• Experience managing a team or leading projects.
• Detail oriented with proven data analysis skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills; must foster & maintain strong partnering relationships.
• Self-starter with ability to multi-task/prioritize large volumes of deal requests.
