Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with compensation program planning and administration.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with compensation systems.

• Detailed working knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and relevant laws.
• Good hands-on grasp of compensation tools and HRIS systems.
