The Senior Manager, Executive Compensation is responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, and administration of executive compensation programs for senior leaders, ensuring competitive packages and compliance with regulations.

  • Prepare materials for Compensation Committee meetings.
  • Forecast and monitor equity spend and burn rate.
  • Conduct market analyses of executive compensation packages.

  • Manage company trading windows.
  • Ensure compliance with global and local regulations.
  • Develop communications and training materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field.
  • 5+ years of executive compensation experience.
  • Equity administration experience desired.
  • Prior experience in the Biotech industry preferred.
