Executive Compensation Manager - Remote

Overview

This role manages the development, implementation, and management of DoorDash's executive compensation and equity strategy to help shape the company's future.

In Short

• Partner with senior leadership to shape executive compensation strategy.
• Support the executive compensation process including board materials and SEC filings.
• Create process improvements for equity compensation programs.
• Present compensation insights to business partners.
• Collaborate with HR and recruiters on compensation matters.
• Execute equity program design changes with the equity administration team.
• Conduct market studies for internal equity and competitiveness.
• Support annual and mid-year compensation review cycles.
• Stay updated on employment-related pay requirements.
• Provide compensation analyses to Finance and Legal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in executive compensation.
• Experience with equity compensation platforms like Morgan Stanley/Etrade.
• Operational mindset with a track record in compensation program design.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for dynamic models and analyses.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to apply change management in an evolving business.
• Workday Experience (Advanced Comp).
