Overview

An industry-leading technology company is seeking a talented and experienced Executive Compensation Lawyer to provide counsel on global equity compensation programs and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.

In Short

  • Fully remote role with an anticipated duration of 4 to 6 months.
  • Provide counsel on global equity compensation programs.
  • Guide on global bonus plans and international inquiries.
  • Advise on compensation and benefit communications.
  • Manage securities filings and tax reporting.
  • Assist with M&A executive compensation due diligence.
  • Ensure compliance with new pay transparency laws.
  • 7+ years of legal experience required.
  • In-depth knowledge of global stock plan regulations.
  • Strong understanding of international regulations impacting compensation.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of legal experience with a focus on executive compensation.
  • Knowledge of rules governing stock plans for global organizations.
  • Experience with restricted stock units and global securities compliance.
  • Ability to manage complex communication strategies.
  • Understanding of securities filings and tax reporting.
