Overview

The Director of Executive Compensation is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing executive compensation programs that align with the company’s strategic goals and objectives.

In Short

  • Design and implement executive compensation strategies.
  • Manage equity cap table and compensation packages.
  • Conduct market analysis for competitive compensation.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and board members.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Prepare materials for Compensation Committee and Board.
  • Provide leadership to the Equity team.
  • Define strategic direction for equity plans.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in executive compensation.
  • Strong analytical skills and data analysis experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work with senior leadership and board members.
