Overview

Veeam is seeking a professional to oversee the management and administration of equity plans globally, ensuring accuracy and compliance in equity data management.

In Short

• Manage global equity plans including options, RSUs, and ESPP.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and HR for accurate equity data processes.
• Ensure database integrity and manage relationships with external equity platforms.
• Prepare equity-related materials for Board meetings.
• Support employee understanding of equity awards programs.

Requirements

• Experience in equity administration and stock plan management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of compliance regulations including SOX.
