Overview

The Director of Employee Relations oversees and implements the processing, administration, and review of the performance evaluation system to improve employee retention. This position promotes a positive working culture by supporting employees with ongoing needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 5-7 years experience in Human Resources.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Ability to think critically and provide feedback.
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel to other sites as needed.
  • Ability to work independently.
