In Short

  • Full-time position at the Family Health and Birth Center in NE, DC.
  • Provides direct, team-based clinical care to patients.

  • Precepts medical students and residents during rotations.
  • Maintains patient confidentiality and secures patient information.
  • Documents all patient encounters in a timely manner.
  • Participates in Saturday clinic coverage and evening hours as needed.
  • Requires commitment to working with underserved populations.
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish and/or Amharic are a plus.
  • Salary ranges from $170,000 to $180,000 annually.

Requirements

  • Medical Degree (MD/DO) with specialization in pediatrics.
  • Current DC medical license required.
  • Current CDS and DEA certifications required.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Able to work in a non-profit environment.
  • Willingness to work across clinical sites if requested.
  • Proof of vaccinations required.
  • Flexibility to work evening hours as needed.
