Pediatrician - Remote

Overview

As a Pediatrician with Imagine Pediatrics, you play a critical role in ensuring the best care for children with complex medical needs. Our goal is to increase the number of safe days at home by ensuring kids and families get what they need when they need it—reducing unnecessary medical visits and hospitalizations.

• Managing a panel of complex pediatric patients and their care plans.
• Overseeing a multidisciplinary team to provide wraparound support.
• Educating and empowering parents in navigating their child’s medical care.
• Conducting comprehensive virtual enrollment visits and assessments.
• Providing gap care to ensure continuity in treatment.
• Supporting administrative medical needs including prescriptions and referrals.
• Travel estimated up to 25%.
• Schedule requirements are M-F 8:00 am - 6:00 pm local time.
• Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
• Remote position with an innovative tech-enabled healthcare model.

Requirements

• Unrestricted MD or DO with an active New York state license.
• Board Certification in Pediatrics and/or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics.
• Enrollment in New York Medicaid required.
• 5 years post-residency experience.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure as needed.
• Extensive experience managing children with medical complexity.
• Focus on quality of care and virtual care experience is a plus.
• Experience with Medicaid and/or community health preferred.
• Value-Based Care experience is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

• Compensation of $200,000 - $225,000 plus a $10,000 annual bonus.
