In Short

• Develop and implement a Total-Rewards strategy aligned with business and personnel needs.
• Consult and support grading and salary benchmarks to ensure alignment with the organization's compensation structure.
• Conduct compensation analyses and create compensation proposals based on relevant market data.
• Monitor market developments and trends, advising stakeholders accordingly.
• Analyze survey data and trends to assess market competitiveness and internal pay equity.
• Support the annual global salary round and bonus/incentive processes.

Requirements

• Relevant professional experience in consulting or an internal HR role, especially in Compensation & Benefits.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable recommendations.
• Confident presence at all company levels with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Intercultural competence to successfully drive projects in an international context.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
