Overview

The Global Procurement and Strategic Sourcing Function is focused on bringing efficiency and standardization to business processes for the identification, engagement and performance of strategic suppliers and service providers. This role will provide strategic sourcing support for the global procurement function and requires an innovative professional who can create efficient solutions.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree required.
• 5-7 years of sourcing/purchasing experience.
• Understanding of GxP guidelines and team dynamics.
• Strategic thinking and ability to develop multi-year category strategies.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project and program management experience.
• Financial management skills for business case development.
• Contracting experience and understanding of contract agreements.
• Expert in procurement processes and sourcing in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
