• Lead Sourcing & Procurement for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support categories.
• Monitor progress of assigned deals ensuring actions and follow-ups.
• Negotiate and execute agreements with various stakeholders.
• Conduct business reviews and performance evaluations with vendors.
• Ensure accurate cost tracking and contract compliance.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency improvements.
• Become a trusted advisor to Go-To-Market teams.
• Present contractual terms and pricing to an executive audience.
• Assist with other procurement areas as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of procurement experience, with expertise in Sales & Marketing sourcing.
• A bias for action.
• Proven track record in managing digital marketing and event planning contracts.
• Deep understanding of procurement best practices and supplier management.
• Ability to partner effectively with internal stakeholders.
