Senior Manager, Commercial Contracting - Remote

Overview

Gilead Sciences Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager Rebates to lead the administration and processing of Managed Care Commercial/Medicare Part D contract payments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with policies.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day administration of contract payments.
• Maintain strong relationships with Payers.
• Function as a rebate data subject matter expert.
• Ensure compliance with commercial program rules and regulations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the biotech or pharmaceuticals industry.
• BS/BA degree required; MA/MS preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Model N or similar systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Flexibility in adapting to changing business needs.
• Knowledge of claim processing tools is a plus.
• Ability to analyze business issues and recommend solutions.
• Experience in a utilization-based claim processing environment is helpful.
