Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating software and technology subscription agreements.
• Ability to manage a high volume of contracts.
• Superior business acumen and commitment to client service.
• Strong negotiation skills and a patient demeanor.
• Effective communication with diverse professionals.
• Proficient with contracts management software (Ironclad preferred).
• Experience with information security, data privacy, intellectual property, and/or financial services is a plus.
