• Advise, draft and negotiate various technology and commercial contracts.
• Independently negotiate MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs.
• Be an operational expert on Twilio’s Global Procurement contracting processes.
• Provide commercial contracts-related education to Global Procurement clients.
• Contribute to the Global Procurement Playbook.
• Support ad-hoc operational projects and tasks.
• Develop training resources for Global Procurement clients.
• Work in a remote-first environment with a diverse team.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years of experience in contracts management.
• Experience with commercial contracting tools.
• Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
