Overview

As a Commercial Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the negotiation, structuring, and management of supplier, partner, vendor, and occasionally customer contracts for our organization.

In Short

  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with suppliers, vendors, clients, and partners.
  • Draft and review contracts to ensure they meet company policies and customer requirements.
  • Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation through to execution and closure, including renewals.
  • Ensure contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
  • Identify potential risks associated with contract terms and conditions and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure contracts align with strategic goals.
  • Analyze contract terms to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the contract management process.
  • Implement best practices in contract management to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communicate contract-related information to all relevant parties.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in contract administration, negotiation, and management.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying potential risks and discrepancies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and other relevant software programs.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple contract negotiations simultaneously.
  • A thorough understanding of contract law and commercial terms.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
