The Sr. Manager, Commercial Contracts at Cepheid is responsible for providing commercial contract support to the Commercial Sales team, executing contract strategy, and leading the Commercial Contracts team in a remote setting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years or Master’s with 7+ years of experience.
• Experience in pricing analysis and contract structuring.
• Strong knowledge of contract drafting and negotiation.
• Experience leading a team in contracts.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations.
• Experience with Salesforce and contract management tools.
• Ability to work in a remote environment.
• Understanding of healthcare fraud laws.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
