Director of Enterprise Risk Management - Remote

Overview

Aledade is seeking a Director of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) to establish and manage a centralized data-driven, risk-based ERM program. This role will be responsible for developing the ERM architecture for the company, providing leadership and direction to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive risk framework.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 10+ years of experience in risk management, ideally in the health care industry.
• Strong understanding of ERM frameworks and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
