  • Develop strategic account plans and execute Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Own the creation and execution of the Enterprise Account Management strategy.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Managers.
  • Define and implement best practices for effective enterprise account management.
  • Monitor key performance indicators for accounts and the team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Establish feedback loops with Product and Commercial Leadership.
