In Short

• Support the Growth team during a maternity leave.
• Lead Lifecycle strategy and channel management.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the lifecycle team.
• Develop and execute Channel plans and Lifecycle strategies.
• Drive performance reporting and measurement on strategies.
• Manage production of engaging messaging across channels.
• Ensure email communication hygiene and compliance.
• Collaborate with Editorial and Creative teams.
• Contribute to cross-functional planning meetings.
• Communicate results, insights, and recommendations.

Requirements

• Experience in Lifecycle Marketing.
• Proficiency with marketing systems like Braze and Attentive.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data.
• Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM standards.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
