In Short

• Lead the Expand Segment with several Account Management teams.
• Own segment-level growth targets and customer retention.
• Define strategic direction for the Enterprise Segment.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Leverage data to enhance customer experience and team effectiveness.
• Develop relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Maintain understanding of talent management market trends.

Requirements

• 1+ years of second-line leadership experience.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience in Account Management or Sales.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Experience with Staffing/Contingent workforce and HR tech.
• Exceptional communication and executive presence.
• Data-driven problem solver in fast-paced environments.
• Strong sense of ownership and resilience.
• Comfortable with long-term strategy and detailed processes.
