As the Account Management, Director, you will lead and scale B-Stock's Account Management team, ensuring clients maximize the value of the platform by ensuring they are confident in the financial outcomes achieved on the platform while meeting operational throughput goals.

  • Expertise in strategic account management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High proficiency in Salesforce and Excel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  • Ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Experience in B2B, logistics, or SaaS sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in partnering with cross-functional teams.
