Overview

As the Director of Global Account Management at SevenRooms, you will lead and manage a team of Account Managers across multiple regions, driving the strategy and execution of our global account management efforts. You will be responsible for ensuring that our existing clients receive exceptional service, achieve their business goals, and maximize the value of their partnership with SevenRooms. This role is instrumental in scaling our account management function, optimizing team performance, and driving revenue growth through renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in account management or sales, with leadership experience.
  • Proven track record in revenue growth within a SaaS company.
  • Strong leadership skills with global team management experience.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in hospitality or marketing technology is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
