The Director of Business Intelligence & Analytics will lead the organization’s data and analytics strategy, driving data-driven decision-making and fostering a culture of data excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in data analytics and BI strategy.
• Experience with Azure data solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture and modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL, DAX, and Python.
• Experience with Azure Data Warehousing solutions.
• Prior exposure to predictive analytics.
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly Sage X3.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
