Overview

The Senior Finance Manager, Commercial is a pivotal role responsible for partnering with various teams to drive profitable growth in a Food CPG business. This position requires a seasoned finance leader who can influence cross-functional partners and ensure disciplined financial practices.

• Own channel and customer-level profitability.
• Build and maintain customer P&Ls and performance scorecards.
• Lead monthly business reviews with Sales and Finance.
• Provide leadership on annual planning and quarterly reforecasts.
• Partner with various teams to align sales forecasts.
• Pressure-test forecast assumptions.
• Collaborate on pricing strategy and elasticity insights.
• Identify and reduce profit leakage.
• Evaluate Marketing initiatives and their effectiveness.
• Evolve FP&A processes and tools for better data accuracy.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A or sales finance in a CPG organization.
• Familiarity with consumption and syndicated data sources.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in annual planning and forecasting processes.
• Ability to analyze pricing and promotion structures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft BI tools is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Suite and professional platforms.
• Up to 10% travel required; must reside in the USA.
