In Short

• Develop and execute on the BI strategy in alignment with department and organizational objectives.
• Provide leadership and vision in the areas of data analytics, reporting and business intelligence.
• Partner with Client Success and Product teams to identify appropriate product conversion opportunities based on ad-hoc analysis, trends and themes.
• Lead, mentor and grow a high-performing BI team, including data analysts, engineers and developers.
• Establish key performance indicators and metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of BI and data initiatives.
• Conduct exploratory analysis of source data from clients and help architect integration across complex data systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Oversee data management and governance to ensure data quality, security and compliance.
• Stay current with BI technologies, trends and best practices.
• Ensure documentation protocol for data processes, systems and architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science, Computer Science or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Seven or more years’ experience in business intelligence, data analytics or related field.
• Proven experience in a SaaS or technology driven environment.
• Expertise in visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI), SQL, and data warehousing.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms and big data technologies.
• Proficiency in statistics and experience in integrating and analyzing complex datasets.
• Strong consultative and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of machine learning and advanced analytics techniques.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
