• Seeking a mission driven Senior Data Analyst for the Business Intelligence team.
• Fully remote position, only applicants from CA, CO, OR, and WA will be considered.
• Critical role in extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data.
• Support high-level quantitative skills for data analyses and client requests.
• Collaborate across the organization and with external stakeholders.
• Design and maintain flexible data models based on customer requests.
• Conduct data preparation and exploratory analysis of source data.
• Identify and address data discrepancies and validate outputs.
• Implement monthly data report cards and analytical narratives.
• Stay current with industry trends in data analytics and visualization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Five or more years’ experience in consulting, research, or data analytics.
• Proficient with data analysis tools (SQL, R, SPSS, Stata, SAS).
• Experience with programming languages (Python, Scala, Go).
• Experience in data modeling with relational and non-relational data.
• Significant experience in data visualization solutions (Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of cloud-based data processing platforms (Spark, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Familiarity with data science libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Tensorflow).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Strong consultative and project management skills.
