The GTM Enablement Manager at ClickUp is responsible for developing and delivering coaching and enablement programs for salespeople, aimed at enhancing sales performance and productivity.

Requirements

• Understanding of coaching best practices.
• Ability to identify needs and translate them into effective programs.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Generative AI is a plus.
• Comfort with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
