• Own and grow an existing product line with full P&L responsibility.
• Develop and execute the GTM strategy from positioning to pricing to distribution.
• Build and lead a matrixed “tiger team” with cross-functional support from Product, Marketing, and Sales.
• Define and iterate on key growth loops across acquisition, activation, monetization, and retention.
• Partner with leadership to scale successful initiatives quickly.
• Leverage data for informed decision making and maintain feedback loops.

Requirements

• Experience in building or scaling a product-led business, ideally in a startup.
• Fluency in growth, product marketing, and user behavior.
• Experience with P&L management.
• Experience in zero-to-one product launches or turnarounds.
• Collaborative leadership skills to influence teams.
