In Short

• Partner with mid- to large-scale organizations to design custom learning strategies that measurably drive behavior change.
• Conduct needs analysis using surveys and client meetings.
• Translate insights into SMART goals and measurable success criteria.
• Identify root causes of learning challenges and propose actionable, innovative change plans.
• Present recommendations to senior leaders with clearly defined timelines.
• Curate learning programs from Go1’s 100,000+ course library, ensuring content aligns with client business goals.
• Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the Go1 library, including its content partners, formats, and courses.
• Design learning paths tailored to support learners at different proficiency levels.
• Support compliance with industry requirements (e.g., HIPAA, ISO).
• Work closely with Customer Success Managers to enhance client relationships and learning solution delivery.

Requirements

• Learning & Development professional (3+ years) with proven experience designing and delivering learning programs for adult audiences.
• Able to translate stakeholder insights into measurable initiatives with clear business impact.
• Familiar with compliance-driven content (e.g., HIPAA, ISO).
• Strong communication skills for professional writing and live client meetings.
• Comfortable using Excel for data analysis and curating content.
• Proficient with virtual meeting tools (Teams, Zoom) and collaborative platforms (SharePoint, Miro, Slack).
• Thrives in remote, fast-paced environments and manages priorities across multiple regions.
• Open to occasional adjusted work hours to accommodate client needs.
