In Short

  • Join a fast-scaling AI consulting firm as a Strategic Account Executive.
  • Responsible for the full-cycle sales process including cold outbound and events.
  • Develop a deep understanding of target customers and their challenges.
  • Generate short-term opportunities and create new target accounts.
  • Collaborate with Product and Account Management teams.
  • Use HubSpot for pipeline and outbound activities.
  • Hit or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Build long-term relationships with prospects up to C-level.
  • Be an expert at articulating the Arionkoder difference and value.
  • Travel expected, less than 10% of the time, primarily to the USA.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience selling tech professional services.
  • Self-starter with bold initiative.
  • Clear and concise communicator and presenter.
  • Experience managing deals through the full cycle sales.
  • Success in outbound prospecting.
  • Experience with deals sized $150k - $3M.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota.
  • Collaborative and competitive mindset.
  • Interest in learning AI.
