• Identify where AI can create value in internal processes.
• Prioritize opportunities and create an AI solutions roadmap.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Work closely with ML, engineering, and design teams.
• Draft user stories and refine them for backlog creation.
• Define success metrics for pilots and track outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management or related fields.
• Experience with AI or data-driven products.
• Strong expertise in process mapping.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into AI opportunities.
• Experience in lean experimentation and product development.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks and responsible AI practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
