• Seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst with a passion for solving business problems.
• Hands-on exposure to Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow development.
• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Analyze business needs and write user stories.
• Contribute to Salesforce-based solutions that drive efficiency.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to define detailed requirements.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with developers to build and test custom components.
• Analyze usage data for ongoing optimization of Salesforce features.
• Contribute to internal documentation and process improvement.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce in a business or technical analyst role.
• Working knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionality.
• Proven experience with Apex development.
• Experience building or modifying Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Familiarity with Salesforce Flow for process automation.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification is a plus.
