• Contribute to technology projects and initiatives that support, expand, and manage our global technology capabilities at 6sense.
• Experience designing and supporting large-scale, technically complex solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Collaborate with product owners, software developers, business users, and stakeholders to elicit and document requirements.
• Define, gather, and consolidate user stories identified during release planning.
• Configure Salesforce and deliver out-of-box solutions.
• Support and foster the Agile development methodology.
• Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of systems.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
• Participate in business requirement gathering sessions.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant work experience at a high-growth, technology organization.
• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst providing technical support for Salesforce CRM.
• Comprehensive Salesforce product knowledge and hands-on administration experience.
• Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator and Salesforce Certified Business Analyst.
• Experience leveraging Salesforce to empower sales and operational excellence.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working within an Agile team.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
