Salesforce Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

Lyra Health is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our multicultural team, helping to develop a global clinical CRM on Salesforce for clinicians operating in over 150 countries.

In Short

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Write functional requirement documentation for development.
• Communicate changes and updates to the Salesforce system.
• Contribute to project management of new feature builds.
• Analyze existing systems and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide user training and support for the system.
• Work with a dedicated team across multiple countries.
• Full-time position reporting to the Lead, Enterprise systems.
• Remote working with occasional office meetings in Sandton.
• Must be located within South Africa.

Requirements

• 2 – 3 years of experience as a business analyst or in technical project management.
• 2 years of experience working with Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and capabilities.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with Salesforce data analysis, reporting, and dashboards.
