Overview

The Salesforce Business Analyst serves as a critical liaison between the Go-to-Market (GTM) departments and the Information Systems (IS) team, responsible for analyzing sales processes and translating business needs into technical requirements.

Requirements

• Experience with reporting tools and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with AI tools is a plus.
