Overview

As an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.

Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to document business requirements.
Process Improvement: Identify and document areas for improvement in business processes.
Solution Development: Recommend solutions to meet business needs.
Communication: Facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams.
BA Experience: 6+ years overall, with 5+ years as a Salesforce BA.
Salesforce Expertise: Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Project Leadership: Experience leading discovery sessions for medium to large scale projects.
Documentation Skills: Proficient in documenting requirements, use cases, and user stories.
Stakeholder Communication: Skilled in translating business needs into product features.
Certifications: Salesforce Business Analyst and Administrator certifications preferred.

Requirements

6+ years of overall BA experience.
5+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Proficient in documenting requirements and performing acceptance testing.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Familiarity with Agile methodology and SDLC.
Experience with Jira.
Salesforce admin experience preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
Basic knowledge of Salesforce admin/config.
