As an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.

• Documentation Skills: Proficient in documenting requirements, use cases, and user stories.
• Stakeholder Communication: Skilled in translating business needs into product features.
• Certifications: Salesforce Business Analyst and Administrator certifications preferred.

Requirements

• 6+ years of overall BA experience.
• 5+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proficient in documenting requirements and performing acceptance testing.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and SDLC.
• Experience with Jira.
• Salesforce admin experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce admin/config.
