Salesforce Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Salesforce Business Analyst is responsible for managing the scale, maintenance, and improvements of Salesforce and its associated integrations, partnering with business stakeholders to identify system gaps and define optimal configuration in alignment with business needs.

• Knowledge of Salesforce object schema and SOQL.
• Experience analyzing large data sets using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills for user processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
