  • Experience with ServiceNow products.
  • Strong project management experience.
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
  • Experience with analytics and KPIs.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly.
  • Fluent in French and English preferred.
