Overview

The Engagement Manager is responsible for planning, execution, and successful implementation of SaaS products for customers, managing cross-functional teams to deliver quality results on time.

In Short

  • Be the prime contact for customers during implementation and deployment of software and services.
  • Manage all aspects of project management and coordination.
  • Define project goals and objectives with stakeholders.
  • Develop and monitor implementation plans.
  • Conduct pre-kick-off and kick-off meetings.
  • Lead development of project plans to meet goals.
  • Establish practices and tools for project management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality results.
  • Coordinate onsite customer visits.
  • Monitor project progress and report status to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in Professional Services as a project or program manager.
  • Formal project management training or certification (PMP strongly preferred).
  • Experience in SaaS implementation projects.
  • Proficient in project management tools.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and solve problems under pressure.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple customer engagements.
