Overview

The Customer Engagement Manager will be responsible for deeply engaging and growing the business relationship of existing accounts, focusing on CloudMoyo’s services business.

In Short

  • Driving revenue growth in our Services
  • Upsell and cross-sell to drive increased revenue in existing accounts
  • Understand and effectively communicate the company's value proposition
  • Responsible for sales accountability and relationships with customers
  • Develop sales strategy & plans to achieve targets
  • Generate and maintain accurate account and opportunity plans
  • Identify and solve client issues strategically
  • Nurture client relationships and build long-term trust
  • Track delivery on projects and mitigate risks

Requirements

  • Minimum 12+ years in top consulting/IT services firms
  • Experience in growing existing services business
  • Understanding of business problems solved for CPO, CLO, CIO, and CFO
  • Ability to articulate integration and data optimization
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree
  • Strong background in meeting/exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience in large, matrixed company environments
  • Experience with C-Level relationship management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
