Compliance Manager - Remote

Overview

Headway is looking for a Compliance Manager to be a key member of Headway’s Compliance team, supporting our cross-functional compliance effort in a rapidly scaling mental healthcare company.

In Short

• Collaborate with business units to integrate compliance best practices.
• Develop and maintain the company's compliance incident response plan.
• Lead the investigation and resolution of compliance incidents.
• Oversee compliance inquiries and internal tickets management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams during incident response.
• Ensure documentation of all incident details and corrective actions.
• Analyze data to identify root causes and systemic improvements.
• Develop and deliver compliance training to employees.
• Assist with the annual compliance audit plan.
• Monitor adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 5 - 8 years of experience in compliance or healthcare-related operations.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a high-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledgeable on payer requirements and healthcare regulations.
• Understanding of Medicare programs.
• CHC certification preferred.
• Knowledge of privacy laws is a plus.
