Compliance Manager - Remote

Overview

As the Compliance Manager at Thyme Care, you will assist with the administration of our Clinical Compliance program to ensure adherence to applicable federal and state regulations, accreditation standards, scope of practice requirements, and internal policies.

In Short

• Assist with the administration of Clinical Compliance program.
• Facilitate risk assessment, monitoring, and auditing activities.
• Stay informed on changes in healthcare laws and regulations.
• Develop and revise care delivery policies and procedures.
• Serve as a resource for compliance-related inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for compliance approach.
• Spearhead continuous audit readiness activities.
• Report to the Director of Clinical Compliance.
• Can work remotely or hybrid from NYC or Nashville.
• Deep expertise in compliance practices is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or pre-law.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in healthcare compliance.
• Professional compliance certification (CHC, CHPC) or ability to obtain it.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Effective listening and communication skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
• Able to prioritize and take action on urgent needs.
